          In 1991 the company has changed the property form, becomes a company with 100% private Romanian property, keeping its field of activity : ''Cheking out, desing, execution, maintanence of special industrial works'', constructions that constitute unique objects, regarding the technical solutions, the functioning and the strongly corrosive environmental conditions in industrial sites.
         The main customers are from industrial and energetical fields, performing works of high quality: cooling towers, industrial chimneys with height between 60-352m, slided marine cassions, water towers, silos for different food and cement products, wastewater cleaning statio, rehabilitation works for all these objects, insulation works for boilers, ovens, nuclear reactors, repairing works at runways for airports.
